Charlie Spencer - Dealer

Charlie Spencer is Co-Owner of and a Dealer at Sportsman Motors. Charlie has over 28 years of experience in the automotive industry. He started Sportsman Motors back in 1999.

Charlie’s philosophy is that buying a car should be as simple, easy and affordable as possible. The Sportsman team is committed to listening to customers and finding the car or truck that will meet their actual needs. Most business comes from repeat customers; whole families, starting with Mom or Dad and then ending with the kids, return to Sportsman Motors knowing Charlie will tailor the process to their individual wants. At Sportsman, customers become lifelong friends.

Charlie has lived in Chester all his life. He is married and has 3 children. In his spare time, Charlie enjoys fishing and hunting; he likes racing and NASCAR too. Charlie and the team at Sportsman Motors are also active parts of the community, supporting local schools and sponsoring sports teams throughout the area.

Drew Spivey - Dealer

Drew is Charlie’s business partner and Co-Owner of Sportsman Motors. Drew is very team-focused; he can do anything and is always eager to help out where needed.

Growing up, Drew spent his time at his family’s John Deere store. Drew is a Mason. He graduated from East Tennessee State University. Drew enjoys marksmanship and is a very talented marksman.

Berkeley Vaughan - Sales

Like Drew, Berkley has been with Sportsman Motors since the start. She’s taken on every role, from title clerk to salesperson; she’s learned—and can do—everything and pitches in whenever she can.

Berkley is from Colonial Heights, where she graduated from Colonial Heights High School. She later earned her Associates degree from Richard Bland College. Berkley’s passion is traveling.

Carrie Domo - Office

Carrie has been with Sportsman Motors for 6 years, handling administrative and office duties. She’s known around the office for her sharp wit and quick comebacks.

Carrie is a Chester native. She went to Trinity High School and attended Richard Bland College. Carrie is married and has a step-daughter. She loves dogs and watching drag racing.
